Job Description:
A creative powerhouse who brings brands to life through impactful visuals. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing engaging content for client strategies, ensuring their digital presence stays fresh and dynamic. You’ll also create compelling visuals for our own brand, maintaining consistency across marketing materials, social media, and campaigns. Staying ahead of design trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual identities and delivering high-quality content that drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality visuals for client marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop engaging content for HGC’s personal brand, including social media graphics, promotional materials, and website visuals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals that enhance campaigns and drive engagement.
- Optimize graphics for digital and print formats, ensuring high-quality resolution and performance.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for efficient workflow.
- Work closely with clients to understand their visual identity and create designs that align with their brand vision.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across various media.
- Edit and refine visuals based on feedback to achieve the best possible creative outcome.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and branding.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Ability to adapt designs for various platforms and media formats.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams and clients.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and past design work.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry is highly preferred.
